We originally purchased some cheap sliders for our bar stools from Temu but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! The cheap sliders did nothing to protect our wooden floor. The sliders from chair caps look almost identical but they have felt on the bottom which makes all the difference. The price was reasonable, the postage quickly and the communication was great. Love this product!!! The chair caps were easy to put on my stools. The stools are now very stable and don’t mark my floors. The caps themselves seem very strong so I don’t expect them to crack any time soon. Would definitely purchase again.
These photos illustrate a non-standard installation, since I cut a chair clip in half to fit the curves of a 1940s tubular chair. I then used 4 clips on another old chair- not pictured here- and they fit perfectly. So far, I’m pleased with this solution since other methods of floor protection aren’t really satisfactory.

Recently hard our floors changed from tiles to floating floor boards and wanted to use the chairs we already had. Our stools have mental legs and needed some protection on them so they don’t scratch the new floors. Would highly recommend the kids use the stools and they glide perfectly without scratching or marking the floors.
The felt clip-on chair glides are very impressive being of a high quality, fitment was as easy as turn stool on the seat a quick clean & snap in place (my chairs have a 16.5mm tube frame - the 15-17mm size was snug but enabling some tweaking with the glides position) and lets not forget about the value for money 👍😁.

We used 2 multigrip plyers to squeeze them on. I could have sworn the chair clamps were going to break but they didn’t. Our measurement was 13mm so they fit extremely snug. Hard to move them once they’re on but I guess that’s the point!! They really are brilliant.
