What are the delivery times?
- Standard: usually 2 to 6 business days within Australia
- Express: usually 1 to 3 business days
Note: ETAs can vary in rare cases due to stock levels, public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Do orders include tracking?
Yes. Once we pack your order you will receive a tracking link by email. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
How do I exchange if I ordered the wrong size or colour?
We offer exchanges for unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Include a note with the size you need
- Include a pre-paid return satchel so we can send the exchange back faster
- Add a sample or traced outline of your furniture leg so we can confirm the fit

Do you offer refunds?
- Faulty or damaged: refund or replacement
- Change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour: exchange or store credit
- Sale or discounted items: no refunds, exchange or store credit only
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Do you sell packs or single pieces?
Both. You can buy per piece or in packs. Per piece is ideal when front legs and back legs differ slightly. Packs work for full sets and bulk discounts.
What size do I need and how do I measure?

Do you ship outside Australia?
Australia is our primary market. We also serve selected international regions via our overseas store. For international orders, check availability or use our ChairLegCaps site.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after that time ship the next business day.
