Example:

When I first receives them and noted that they were blue I thought they wouldn't match as the stools are black. However after putting them on the legs they look really great.
They are good quality and well made. Yes I am happy with them.
The caps didn’t quite fit as the shape of the legs are a bit unusual. So i have just cut a small slit in the side and they’re fabulous.
Its amazing the reduction in noise the caps make!
I only bought 8 and wished I’d bought more but wanted to check them first.

They are okay and do the job pretty well but as they don’t fit the chair legs exactly, they don’t slide that well and fall off regularly. It’s not your fault but the dimensions of the legs aren’t in your customised sizes.

the order took a long time to get to me, like about 3 weeks and when it did come the chair caps were a blue tinge, nowhere had I seen this in any of the advertising material I had seen and watched

i have sent 3 emails, left 1 voice message and have heard zero.
tracking said that labels were printed on 24/5, then said austpost has details (but no package?)
the final insult was that today i received an email asking me if the feet were working and would i like to send a video to say how great they are.
We’ve just renovated our timber deck so didn’t want our chairs to scratch it and certainly can’t stand that scraping noise when people push back from the table. The 30x15mm is just slightly smaller than the chair leg but I needn’t have worried because they’re a really snug fit. They don’t impact on the look of the chair at all because they’re transparent.
