Exchanges & Store Credit

Wrong size, colour, or a change of mind? You can exchange or get store credit within 30 days if items are unused and in original condition.

How to exchange

  1. Pack your unused items.
  2. Add a note with the exact size you need.
  3. Include a sample or traced outline of the furniture leg.
  4. Include a pre-paid return satchel for the exchange back to you.
  5. Send to our return address using tracked delivery.

If there’s a price difference for the replacement, we’ll email before shipping.

  • Traced outline: pencil or pen around the leg on paper works best.
  • Return satchels are inexpensive due to our small product size.
  • Please keep items clean and uninstalled to stay eligible.

Exchange eligibility

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Installed or used against our guidelines may be declined.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds on sale items only if faulty.
Faulty or damaged items

Contact us first. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement after assessment.
