Exchange Packing & Return Guide

Steps to exchange
  1. Pack your unused items securely.
  2. Include a note with the exact replacement size, shape and quantity you need.
  3. Include your full name, email address and order number so we can match your return quickly.
  4. If you need sizing help, include a sample or a traced outline of the furniture leg. A pencil or pen outline on paper works best.
  5. Include a pre-paid return satchel so we can send your exchange back to you. Small return satchels are usually inexpensive.
  6. Use tracked delivery and keep the receipt.

Exchange eligibility
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items installed or used against our guidelines may be declined.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available on sale items unless faulty.
  • If an item is faulty or damaged, contact us first so we can assess and arrange the appropriate next step.
